What do we do?
We stay on board a fleet of traditional sailing boats exploring the rivers and broads of Norfolk. When we aren't sailing we are usually playing games ashore, learning to row and sail the dinghys or just enjoying being outdoors. Living aboard is great fun and everybody gets involved in running the boat from hoisting sails to helming, and from cooking to eating cake, teamwork is essential! In the mornings and evenings we gather to share stories about the day, to worship God and to learn from the Bible.
How old?
Broads adventure... is aimed at school years 7 to 10. You need to be able to swim.
When is it?
Broads adventure... is from Saturday 16th April to Saturday 23rd April 2011. Please check your school holiday dates!
How much will it cost?
The price for 2011 will be confirmed shortly. All food, accommodation, activities and safety equipment is included in the cruise price, although some pocket money is good to have for buying ice cream and post cards etc! Travel to and from the boatyard is not included.
